So the ceo stated he would not increase the authorized shares but left out any plans/or not of a reverse split. At the same time encouraged folks to donate.....and I mean DONATE....to the crowdfunding money grab site.....all while stating they haven’t raised the money expected thru the crowdfunding site.



Aka....NEED CASH BADDDDDLY.

To Greg Mitchell- are you plotting and planning a massive reverse split? In your shareholder update today there was no mention of NOT filing for a reverse split as you have recently stated.
