Nailed it like KITE! Koos already has the buy out agreement agreement from Lilly but has to have his lawyer, the same one who repped him against Chemdiv when Chemdiv sued Koos for not paying and ended up getting about $850K in the settlement cuz Koos would have lost that trial, due some tweaking of the agreement. See, Lilly won't be hiring Koos as a consultant and Koos is trying to convince him to give him a job.

We should know by the end of the week that the deal of the century is finalized.

If you think the Kite deal was huge, just wait for the Regen deal!

What a great post! Most excellent Points.

Regen’s IP, and past collaborations surrounding its IP, are Undeniable. Now all current progress and studies into NR2F6 make it Unstoppable.

Then add Cornell IP.

Sitting back and enjoying sunrise and coffee. All longs should be.

I can tell you in no uncertain terms as a Clinical Trials Physician the following:

A clinical trial physician has no bearing on whether this company will prosper or not (by the way "clinical trial physician" isn't capitalized unless you use it a certain way nor is the word "patent".) :)

Let me point some things out...

Weill-Cornell is functionally playing the role of a CRO as they have the technology

Cornell does not play the "CRO" role. The university is not a CRO.

CRO's assist universities!

and ALL of this is what Big Pharmas now-a-days hire CROs for because they don't want the labor intensiveness and enormous manpower requirement and cost to bring something like this In-House

No, they don't.

They hire the best of the best.

Canary's revolutionary approach to precision oncology is enabled by technology they seek to license from Weill-Cornell as a subsidiary of Regen, and several of Regent's Patents will be included in the drug discovery process upon conversion into a therapeutic.

How do you know it's revolutionary? No one knows what they patents are.

You seem to have extensive knowledge in the bio pharma sector, which I have the utmost respect. I read every post, including, the $ amount, you invested, and, how many shares you own. According to a previous post, You had enough shares to buy a new bmw? Today, that same beemer is more. My question to you is... How much more is that beemer today, the it was, when you posted?
