Well isn’t exactly clear what their annual report is. The Annual Financial Report and disclosure is due March 31, 2022. The S-1 will likely be effective by then…making it a moot point.
I can understand the Roadmap reference since it is forward looking. That would be a no-no.
But a Quiet Period does NOT apply to the normal course of financial disclosures.
So either his lawyers suck…or he didn’t understand what they actually told him…or he made that piece up.
