$RDAR - long term upper trend line is aprox mid 0.002s. No guarantees, of course, but that would be a potential target price.

Will have to break through a few major resistance points and the share dumping will need to stop for a week or two... to reach mid 0.002s or higher.

Have seen worse companies and CEOs have much bigger runs, so anything is possible in the stinky pinky OTC.
