Sorry but I disagree. Who in their right mind would sell their shares if they knew that a Foundry deal was imminent say in the next 30 to 60 days? An announcement could double the current PPS. Bucci is a CPA. The worse part to me about insider selling by the Directors tells me that a deal is much further away than we all expect. They know what's in the works! I don't care how wealthy a person is and how many million of shares one owns, the logic is still the same. Warren Buffet wouldn't sell, that's how the wealthy gets wealthier. Would anyone here sell a single share if they KNEW that a foundry deal was forthcoming and the price could double? $40 instead of $17 by waiting 30 days!! I'm very disappointed in the 3 directors who have sold, especially TZ who has what sold 3 times now?
