Actually..these/some type of warrants won't(ones providing cash to entity)...they will run dry unless an adjustment. The warrants attached(if you can say that nowadays') to notes should have clauses to ratchet...this Company will need further financing..and they have already financed lower than a couple of them. So any notes and/or warrants that have more favorable financing terms than more recent ones will be adjusted down with regards to conversion factors. That would also include warrants attached.....aaaaaannnnnd''' full ratchet I am sure.
