Yes that is correct. Naked shorting down here in DBMM which was supposedly shorted when this was in the low trips LOL. This was supposedly shorted back when this was in the .002-.003 range. Nobody would ever short garbage like this that was down in the trips.
Big boards are shorted and naked shorted daily no doubt about it.
It just doesn’t happen in low sub penny stocks as there is nothing to gain. Companies that hold short positions don’t look at garbage like DBMM
