HD, logical and possible- good for us. Adding the good ‘ol George Sharp litigation, therw may be another hearing or meeting they’re waiting on. All I know is that GM said he’s willing to do what it takes to satisfy indemnity requirements that satisfy the incoming merger company. The biggest statement GM makes is that they BOTH want the merger (and by attorneys meeting) that means they continue to move forward. The biggest tailwind is the money available by the current administration. I think of it as: if you think it feels slow foe us, imagine how they feel. That’s good for us me you everyone. I honestly think purely in terms of visibility, they wait until the turn of the year. It’s possible it’ll take longer but remember, they really want this badly too. Plenty of “will” behind this…. As for drifting lower, it hurts but does NOT reflect what GM says is happening behind the scenes. I think we will be fine but that’s because I think GM is being straight with us. Like HD said, an NDA (non disclosure agreement) essentially tells GM to stick a cork in it. That’s entirely possible. Afterall wisdom is knowing when to say something just as when to cork it.
