Generally many of us have said this over the years as to NWBO. Yes, it currently is structured as a commercialization vehicle to get DCVax to market and commercialized.
That does not mean there is not opportunity to convert the operation into something else. Sale is not the only option. But it’s a very strong possibility.
Furthermore, what I do not agree with you on is 1) equating Cognatr, which was a free standing company, never a part of NWBO and Sawston, which is NWBO’s actual factory and not a separable company. That they have a contract manufacturer managing the plant, is convenient and created optionality, but it belongs fully and completely to NWBO. That they have a contract manufacturer running the plant simply keeps it operationally low maintenance for the company at this stage and opens opportunities for synergies as an asset they have fully funded but could also see generating interim income.
