Hello, Disney is open. Last I looked there was a stipulation signed regarding misappropriation of funds. Was using DECN funds for video porn the DOJ's fault?

Now that's what I was waiting for! The 3rd shareholder letter! Given the great effectiveness of the first two (which are being used in the trial as evidence regarding the perjury charges), I've been looking forward to the third!

We all know that in the USA justice system, letters from people that support those on trial can be used to acquit them. (hopefully all know that I am being intensely sarcastic here)

When are shareholders going to be told how many shares were created and paid to the plaintiffs in the first of the financial civil suits against DECN, as part of the settlement?

I think the timing is "smart" (in terms of keeping it from shareholders), as by saying it will take a few days to finalize, it will mean that the shares won't be there as of 12/31, but rather next year.

100 million? Can you imagine what happens when they sell them? lol

I do agree with you though, that this will "blow everyone's mind", as if I were on the jury and someone showed me a 7 year old diabetes test in a trial about whether a new Covid-19 test exists, my mind would be blown about how the defense could actually think that would sway jurors!
