Apparently, Berman and his defense are joining the "downplaying the kit" bandwagon, because you are incorrect, as the Genviro kit WILL NOT be revealed in the opening argument." So, just a heads up, as you might hear some more people "downplaying the kit"!

I do agree with you though, that this will "blow everyone's mind", as if I were on the jury and someone showed me a 7 year old diabetes test in a trial about whether a new Covid-19 test exists, my mind would be blown about how the defense could actually think that would sway jurors!
