Thank you Nick. My life’s experience suggests it is likely, though I wish the FDA would get it together on this. There is probably not a lot of pressure for them right now to be looking at such seemingly far sighted reforms when we are still in a pandemic. Earlier in the year there was a suggestion this would be done by the end of the year as I understood it. They seem highly distracted and not focused on long-term goals, IMHO, except where the boxes can be most easily checked.
Not sure what the hold-up is, I doubt that it has to do with not actually implementing the changes, which is why it’s quite frustrating.
