From Aug 19th to now is a little over 4 months … when your waiting for something it seems like forever, take a break! To say the ELD doesn’t exist is quite a dramatic statement…it’s the first window ELD in the world with 50% of the hardest test completed, give them a break!

claiming blatant fraud like that is a pretty serious accusation.

If it is fraud like you say, they have gone to some pretty serious lengths to keep their scam up. esp with the series of posts they had showing some device that appeared to be an ELD.

while I hope you are incorrect in your claim overall, I do agree that they have been stringing us along for a while with poor communication and unfulfilled promises.

assuming that it isn't fraud and it is going at a snails pace due to issues, I hope that at the end of this, they learn something about how to do PR
