Sir I would suggest you ask any fish market that sells 21-25 heads off what they pay per pound. Also, ask any restaurant what they pay for those shrimp per pound. If you're honest regarding your assessment, you will have a hard time finding anyone that pays $10 for those shrimp wholesale. That is a fact that SHMP has never addressed in 20 years. In order to achieve premium pricing, you have to build a brand. That costs money.
