I don't 100% agree with your post ... it still makes the "assumption" that they are unblinded. If they are (or can legally claim to be / have been) still blinded, then all that logic goes out the window.

I've seen a lot of people lose money by trading on hopes and dreams and intrinsic hopes and halo effect thinking - miss-attributing data to their bullish sentiment and "hearing / reading / seeing what they want to hear / read / see"

Again, the company hasn't confirmed anything relating to the "fact" that the SAP has been approved by all 4 RA's - only via investor-side logical deduction (imho).

And dont get me wrong, I want this to succeed huge - but at the same time want to avoid giving ammo to the bearish arguments by creating a false sense of security in the eyes of longs who can't separate "Fact" from "Logical deduction".

dd excellent analysis. In terms of probability as we do not have certainty- there are plenty of breadcrumbs, but another in response to the question of whether management is unblinded: One of the things management has been open and express about is they all are working very hard, and calls to Les, for example, seem consistently to occur on a work or meeting break. I think it is as close to a certainty as possible to conclude that management has been and is working.

What the heck are they working on if they are not unblinded?
