I like the chicken tikka masala. I judge the quality of an Indian restaurant by how good a chicken tikka masala they make. My kids love mattar paneer. Then you have samosas, butter naan, pista kulfi, and all those good things. My gringo son-in-law can put away more Indian food with masala chai than I can.
