ABQQ does not PR unless there is a major news to share with the shareholders

Then why don't they put out a PR about why the Form 10-K is so late and give the real reason? Because they don't want to admit they are flat broke with no money in the bank, and no way to get any without giving the company away. I doubt the company is worried about what investors will think when they read the 10-K because the investors don't know how to read financial statements anyway. Let alone even figure out the year-end or due date for the 10-K. Otherwise they wouldn't invest in garbage stocks like ABQQ. Maybe the company just likes the word "delinquent" associated with it. Just like the word "loser."

Then the daily average must have fallen off a cliff. Just like the stock price in 2021. But the $1 movie theatres must be thrilled to have it playing.
