We have had seven blocks >600,000 shares
One block >800,000 shares...
...and on the 17th >5.2 million shares at close.

Round numbers that is well over 10 million shares.


Again... highly fishy.

I am sure you are correct. Khaled. I am still assuming the shelf has not been involved in these trades. I also assume that Lincoln is not involved. I also assume that original amount of Lincoln shares were flipped into the street within days of them buying them.

Per the "prospectus supplement" issued on October 5, the shares are part of shelf:

This prospectus supplement is part of a registration statement that we filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), using a “shelf” registration process. Under the shelf registration process, we may from time to time offer and sell any combination of the securities described in the accompanying prospectus up to a total dollar amount of $100,000,000 of which this offering is a part.



This is a supplement to the S-3 the registered the shelf.
