But it says NWBio’s entity…..I’m just saying it’s misleading and could be interpreted as being owned by NWBio…..using the word entity suggests it’s a legally recognised organisation and prefixing it with “ NWBio’s” and then using the word “entity”is not a correct statement….unless in American English it means something different.

Can also be read as UK entity contract manufacturer for NWBO. Otherwise it would be worded as a “wholly owned subsidiary” of NWBO, which it is not. Best wishes.

Agreed. Advent is a UK entity in the formal sense of the regulatory world.

Advent is NWBO's contract manufacturer, and they my need one in the UK (just like Dr B Sr could be the "entity" in the EU). The possessive here is wrt the contract manufacturer clause, not ownership of Advent.

Really nothing to see here. Move along all :-)
