Lots of excuses for BIEL's failures but no explanations about why things will ever be different anywhere else. Why don't customers return to keep buying this disposable product? That is the bottom line.

Sales in the UK disintegrated before the product got pulled from retail shelves. Most of the glitzy initial UK revenue numbers came from the unprofitable Trial Version. Customers simply did not return to keep buying this disposable product.
