They haven’t filed. They hire George Sharp to navigate getting on the QB. The fact is George isn’t going to be able to do anything. It’s smoke and mirrors. To uplist, you simply file AUDITED financials and pay the OTC fee. There’s nothing for George to do. Oh yeah, and it only takes a week.
