Everyone is infringing yet nobody is responsible !! That's it in a nutshell - PBM's, Pharmacy chains, insurers , manufacturers all infringe yet none are responsible !


Seems to parallel society hundreds loot a store no one is held responsible yet the business owner loses thousands of dollars !!

H-W was intended to be a compromise between stimulating innovation to create new branded treatments for patients and lowering costs through generics...The 'skinny label' ploy has definitely skewed this compromise against branded drugs(and therefore against innovation of new treatments}.

Companies are not going to devote their efforts and their assets to create new drugs when a skinny label is out there to rob them of their just rewards for their efforts.... and ,instead have their rewards stolen by generic companies, whose main contributions are to put out infringing copies of their drug.
