ggwpq, Thanks IIRC that's why I have my calendar marked it's a possible timeline date as to whether Judge Andrews decides if he will permit the infringement trial to move forward. Let's hope he follows the Magistrates recommendation, it would be a wonderful Christmas gift and another milestone.

22nd of what? Dec? Someone (Sleven maybe) speculated that with the holidays and all it would go into 01/22 sometime.
