Excellent reference post, particularly for some of the new patents.

Looking again at that Canadien patent, and the changes made in May 2020, before allowance by November 19, 2020, upcoming issuance on Jan 11, 2022, and finally, no expiration until at least December 8, 2025, I believe I am seeing another little manufacturing (secret recipe) detail revealed.

I think there will also be some extension time allowed on that patent and its future twin patents as it undoubtedly moves across the international patent highway.

There’s something about the timing above that provides a sense of hope, moving forward, after this long struggle.

Meanwhile, awaiting the next step — Aka: Sawston GMP certification.

Note: NWBO clearly held off years to make the final move on that Canadien patent. I think that was primarily not to prematurely alert the competition.

Quiet periods are to actually ensure retail investors are not front runned by those who may obtain inside information.

So the firm actually have common shareholders in mind by not giving some the ability to act before retail shareholders.

How can shareholders be mad when NWBO management follows the intent of SEC Reg FD?
