Manchin will probably be sailing on his yacht over the Christmas break.

It's really a houseboat, though pretty big. He lives on it when he's in D.C. He got lucky, and bought it for $250K, though it's insured for $700K. Whatever it's really worth, it's still a bargain for a residence in the D.C. metro area.

So we shouldn't get carried away...
