Think this is just 1 institution or is it possibly a few using the dark pool to get their piece of the wave? Do we have to wait until Feb to see who reports or will they have enough to warrant a report now?

and.... could there be enough dark pool trading done to aide in someone trying to do a buyout? (that could just be me watching too many conspiracy type movies - LOL)

Bingo. I know this sounds weird, think of it when it was a buck, so if I bought 100k shares it would run up big time, took many many small trades yet if I gave it to a broker, they would sell, buy, buy, sell, then, wham. 100k to me,, cost a couple hundred and they did it over a few days.. the buys showed up as they did it then they put it in their dark pool,, but they had them in a pool for me,, geez if I put in an order for 10k shares, the macros change, mms run it up 10 20 per cent in a heart beat.
Guys this is big money, 10 million is to them is what 1,000 bucks was.

Honest.

Sounds weird but we are on the nasdaq now, if you don't think these big institution's aren't adding one of the top performing stocks to there year end statements your nuts.

If they miss this ,,,someone will get fired, period. How'd you miss 3 times the speed and half the power of silicon Phontonics when they literally have billions invested in it already?

I understand that part (sort of). But how do shares become available to these private exchanges in the first place? Are institutions buying shares of LWLG on the NASDAQ, then trading them on a dark exchange (removing those shares from the number available to individual investors)? Or does LWLG allocate shares to the dark pools?
