I was watching SNAPCHAT a couple of years ago , it was at $12, dropped to $9. Got scared, did not buy it. It hit over $80 soon after with 1.2Billion float.
No one knows how many shares are outstanding after the reverse merger.
The company is unwilling to inform investors of this most basic statistic.
Therefore no one knows the market value of the company. Therefore no one knows if it's a good investment or not. Based on all the hype, not to mention the main guy's reputation, probably not.
So anyone who's saying this is ... I'm controlling myself here..... not to be believed.
VALUATION Instagram- $1 Billion (paid by FB in 2012) Bebuzee- $80 mil (currently)
So, what is fair valuation for ENGA Bebuzee? It surely is not $80 mil when ENGA has greater active users and employees (versus Instagram in 2012 ). I would expect our valuation to exceed Instagrams 2012 $1 Bil valuation in the near term.
Based on 24 mil OS, we should be north of $41.50++ in the near term. JMO
