Have you called the T/A?
I have not.
But expect to get nothing as most R/M deals do not pay for that level of service from their T/As.
Cost is everything offering a shell.
Before the 9/28 drama, most shells were not even current. That kept cost down and made the overall R/M deal more attractive. You know, let the New Co do all those house cleaning chores. It used to be a great way to find a Shell about to become something.

However CEO would have to file any common stock buys or sells. He’s over a 10% affiliate.
I see no Forms filed.
