Perhap's because the last SA/Boot Brother, Iach, scam was revoked by the SEC (see the evidence in the Ibox and SEC notice here https://investorshub.advfn.com/Information-Architects-Corp-Fka-Iach-5996 ) in recent years because the SEC was not amused by the companies failures to file financials while they P&D'd(?) shares to the public claiming they were building a 2 billion dollar amusement park in Florida? I hear the SEC was not amused...???
Iach was revoked, and because Marc Walther, IFUS founder and CEO, saved IFUS by keeping control, IFUS was not revoked and is now Pink Current.
Sounds like Marc Walther and Rhonda saved IFUS to me. In fact I know they did.
Maybe that is part of why the boot brother is desperate enough to commit felony fraud(?) in a federal court case to try and collect twice on the same debt, one that he no longer even owns?
