#63296 RE: Darth Trader #63294

I only know Walther, Schaefer, Adelstein or Scivoletto by what I read on public forums and legal documents from which I draw my characterization of them

SA and JS created a clone company and has tried to bury IFUS in the process

Walther - not the brightest business man, but a man that comes across as honest and trust worthy. Bases - financial condition of IFUS and you don't have so many individuals loyal to you after their investment has been near death for so many years unless you are a person of good character.

Schaefer - A true believer in the products of IFUS and the companies potential. Willing to forego short term loses to allow the company an opportunity to succeed. A fighter, some one that will not be intimated by outside threats. Bases - willing to purchase SA debt and except preferred shares as payment plus purchase the land IFUS operates on pay off back tax bills and allow IFUS to operate rent free and based on legal documents be on the offense when threaten.

Adelstein - Greedy, only caring about self interest, no regard for others who have a sake in he game as well, the last man someone would want to be in a fox hole with, he would probably use you as a shield to survive. Bases - Took an oath as director of Supreme Energy to PUT THE INTEREST OF THE SHAREHOLDERS ABOVE HIS OWN,public records tells a story that contradicts that. If he simply left Supreme energy to pursue non related interest that would be one thing, but no legal and public documents tells the story of a man that has gone to extremes to destroy all shareholder value of those he took an oath to protect for his own personally interest.

Scivoletto - scum, back stabber, manipulator, only care self interest. Bases - public records and legal documents paints a story of a man who brought into Supreme Energy an investor SA. Does anyone truly believe when JS approached SA to invest in Supreme Energy, SA did not discuss what he was expecting for his investment? JS was one of only two individuals that voted for preferred voting shares of Supreme Energy. At the time JS voted for those shares does any one believe JS did not know this went against what the investor he brought to the company, SA was expecting from his investment. If JS thought the shares would be a deal killer for SA and as it it stated in the Adelstein suit, bothered him, why did he vote for them (a no vote would mean no shares) or better yet tell SA immediately. No he supposedly waited to June, when he knew Supreme energy having spent the money on equipment, would not have the means to pay SA back. SA claims he was defrauded. He made this claim against Walther and Windsor (who had no vote on the shares) but not against JS, instead made him a partner in a clone company of Supreme Energy.

I always wondered why Adelstein, the Director of Supreme Energy, who had Scivoletto, Director of Supreme Energy as an ally if he had any interest of the IFUS shareholders and was committed to the success of the company, first step after finding out the preferred shares, did not call a meeting to vote him preferred shares and use the threat of calling the loan as leverage?

But no he took the route of going for Supreme Energy's jugular every since.

What does that tell us of his true intentions?
