I completely agree Jack but some of our bright message board members including your buddies in attacking NWBO's Advent relationship insist that Advent is already 'making money off Sawston for 3rd party business at the expense of NWBO investors'. Go figure, I kid you not.

True, but they do have they ability to sell cryostorage space which likely is still at a premium with the Covid vaccine demand.

That is known to be false. They were listed as the supplier for InMune (a company with a strong LP presence). They make that in Londion, where NWBO pays the rent.

For facility buildout it is 15% over Advent's costs. The contract does not apply to the Specials manufacturing. And for other uses nothing has been disclosed.
