That language protects Ihub. It basically says "Careful... criminals and other bad people may post here.... and that's not on us!"
I notice that Ihub is not being indicted.
But it does NOT protect criminals who post falsehoods i=on ihub for the purpose of stock manipulation.
Because that is fraud plain and simple.
And there is no excuse for it, nor any terms of service that can legalise or legitimise it!

Question for you. I assume you read the legal filings from the past week. Berman signed a document stating that he is admitting he abused DECN by using corporate funds for personal expenses, which is an important part of the fraud picture. This was done by the defense, willingly, to avoid having the DOJ present details for the CEO's $360k in web porn expenses, using corporate funds.

So, my question is, in your opinion, did Berman misappropriate DECN funds for personal expenses.

(let's see if my point from 2 posts ago comes into play)
