One key "talent" of an OTC investor, especially one of a stock down 99% like DECN, is the ability to read a positive slant for their stock into any and every fact on the planet.
The idea that a message board site's disclaimer, could be applied to a defense of a CEO under a Federal fraud indictment, might actually set a new low here.
It's simply stunning.
The good news is the board is getting really fun again. I know this will be the last run before conviction, but let's enjoy it!
If the 18 or so shareholders go to that trial, it's going to be fun hearing their version of the trial. We'll hear how the evidence against Berman was nothing, and the defense was air tight. Of course the guilty verdict wil be because "the judge and jury were biased against Berman". Meanwhile the jury will make up their minds that he's guilty in about an hour, and probably want to delay a bit so the judge doesn't suspect that they didn't debate the verdict enough.
