I agree, not buying into the offering until they anounce an Oil Discovery and I believe it's coming!

Tisdal, makes no sense to put this offering out now unless they back it up with a discovery. The company is already selling shares direct and the share structure incresed 20-million in the last month, adding another $5 mill to their cash reserves. Why put out an offering at .27 and spook the shareholders, makes no sense at all. Just keep quietly selling shares direct if you already know there is no commercial well. This is too obvious to me, we should see a major anouncement of an oil Discovery and the pps in the dollars!
