The SEC has too many other things to worry about and go after. It won't make a dent to the hedge funds.

ABQQ stock price will go up when ABQQ solid financial reports start showing the revenue from the movie sales and other projects in the future.

They can't even file timely. LMAO!!! Even if they could, the company is still stuck issuing securities that will add 10s of millions of shares of stock at prices as low as $0.004 per share just to keep the lights on.

Where's that Form 15? It's about time.
