Emily, Absolutely! We are mere speculators. We need to know our place and it is NOT to be bothering the very entities we are investing into!!! Here's an example that parallels what we are experiencing ourselves: Think baseball. Think about it from Steinbrenner's perspective versus the variety of folks in the stands. Some know all the stats, contractual details, etc., while others barely know anything beyond nachos and beer. NONE of the latter need to be calling Steinbrenner's office soliciting or selling opinions. KNOW.YOUR.PLACE. Speculating HERE accomplishes little for some and a lot for others. It is a public forum and in the end, you will be performing your own DD rather than relying on some public message board for crying out loud. Boundaries. They exist.

Emily, there is one poster on this board that I believe to be highly intelligent and knowledgeable about what's going on. He basically said, control is what is holding things up, not a small court case that can be resolved with indemnifications. If that's the case, then they need time to plan their best course of action. Hopefully, they will have it completed by Tuesday. And you are right, as is BACON and others who have been chiming in... WE need to have a little more patience. Like everyone else... I hope Santa is right on time... or even a little early would be ok!!!
