I'm game to join although I only have 42,000 shares so am a small investor compared to many on the board. But get enough of us and you should have a couple million shares represented, or 2%. Not insignificant.
The list of issues and demands could form part of an omnibus Demand Letter which I would author and send to the Board, starting the 90-day clock ticking in advance of a potential shareholder derivative action.
This could be done all in one Demand Letter, combined with the demand that the company sue the lawyers for legal malpractice, and the Board/CEO for negligence/breach of fiduciary duty in connection with the 3/30/2020 disaster.
