One would think that when they do rarely communicate, they would know what they are talking about and be careful with time estimates. Or they are purposely being misleading which IMO is the likely culprit. Their March 2021 PR is inexcusable.

For the sake of cancer patients, this platform needs to get into the hands of competent management.

Thanks for your insights on this - really appreciate your thoughts. From my perspective, not sure I’m fully onboard though and willing to give them any pass. If I had time today, I would respond to each point. In brief I agree with point 1, bad actors went after them. But as far as point 2 & 3, those were problems associated with mismanagement and conflicts of interest involving LP and Toucan.

If there ever was an insolvency issue — and I don’t believe that was ever a real issue — it was because SG&A was extraordinarily high (outside of project and legal expenses), which in my opinion was due to fees they were paying to Toucan. The problem with Advent with regard to general perception is that it amplifies all the other earlier managerial issues that are cited about conflicts of interest and allocation of funds.

I think the prevailing view is now that we’re getting close to the finish line, all’s well that ends well.
