Once again there is not a rational reason to exercise a warrant with the intent to hold long-term (unless expiration date is near). This carries risk with no additional upside when compared to holding the warrant.

I'm only trying to point out that once warrants are exercised we cannot assume they've been immediately sold.

We can see above that around 22 million shares were added to O/S but volume for the 2 days was just over 2 million. We can speculate that these 22 million were warrants exercised and held by the warrant holder. Volume validates the speculation that at least 20 million shares were available to sell. Just because O/S has not increased does not mean that new shares are not hitting the market. This could explain the recent selloff in shares of NWBO.
