ralphy, I for one hope that a 13-d(5% ownership) is filed way before February 15th. Must file within 5 days of acquiring 5% of any class of stock. The form has questions that must be answered. One of them asks what are your intentions being a 5% owner. Hopefully he would answer to replace the board then find a buyer.
