If ppl sold shares in their account and were then told to settle the short shares, I would think lawsuits would soon follow if a large amount of money is/was involved.
Anyone able to check into greivences (sp?) at brokerages? Brokerages have an arbitration as a first venue I believe but after that it's a court issue, isn't it?
