Yes I agree with that. The fact that Greg doesn’t have to file a form 4 is beyond me. How could someone with such an inner working knowledge get away with that. Then VYST pays his legal bills but still not an insider.
I would love to see the BOD minutes and see who is there and what is said

It certainly seems like they are pumping and dumping. Constantly issuing shares to themselves for "performance."
