Well that is an entirely different thing. If there is securities fraud then they should be held to account. It appeared to me you were referring to management issues, lack of oversight, etc. ie. Things that might warrant a civil action.

What sorts of illegality do you suspect might be in play? Although I must say that the deal that Greg and Jamie have is somewhat similar to what MFST did…. wink
