Mersky has provided many untrue statements since 2016 - so Mersky saying there won't be a reverse split is meaningless.

What I see are insiders dumping shares.

Where is the dividend? "As a result of the transactions, NOHO shareholders will receive a dividend of Sibannac warrants" That was from February 2021.
