We know back in 2007-2012 off 100 mill dollar deals and low share count this had a stable price in the $20+ range.

Lol! Lol some more! I think this comes from a chart he had showing the 1 for 1500 reverse split adjusted prices. Take that $20 and divide by 1500 for a more accurate accounting of past PHIL stock prices. And there weren't no 100 mill dollar deals ever. Lots of MOU and LOI in that range though. Just like now.
