Hey Dayton, did you know the CEO had a stock revoked in 2019? His investment company was also shut down after he misrepresented his relationship with a wealthy entrepreneur. Then he announced his intention to invest a million dollars in a small company but reneged and was sued by that company (and another) for misappropriating funds.
