Hang in there Bro!

Hope your feeling better and the chemo does what needs to be done.

But as far as what you said, I'm with you 110%. You'd think that this is the first OTC stock some of these guys have owned. This is the normal operating procedures of most OTC stocks. Every single OTC stock that I have owned in the last 10 years always say the same thing:
-Were going to NASDAQ.
-Tons of L.I.'s and MOU's
-Tons of big talk about how we are going to "disrupt the industry".
-Zero results or kept goals.
-Lots of BIG numbers tossed around.
-Big debt and zero revenues.
-using stocks in lieu of money to do deals. (dilution)
-Always, ALWAYS file late financial reports.

I was really hoping this one was going to be that ONE that broke the mold. At the moment we are in the classic mold of stinky pinky OTC stock. I'm starting to look for good times to lighten my load and maximize my return. I'm pretty sure that we are going to see the BB kicked on down the road which is really going to kill the SP for a while. I suspect we will get some more interesting news of a new acquisition along with another MOU or some other speculative endeavor that stems on DD and/or approval or something else requiring a SPV to complete.

And that brings us to the bottom line: COMPLETE. Until Henry actually finishes something and it goes on the books as a done deal that generates revenue, were just another stinky pinky with high hopes. My hopes are fading on this one as the symptoms start to show more clearly of this being classic OTC land stuff.

FINISH SOMETHING HENRY!! THATS ALL YOU GOT TO DO TO BRING BACK FAITH AND SET PHIL APART FROM ALL THE OTHER STINKIES!

Please accept my sincere hopes and prayers for what you are going through. Your thoughts are completely in line with my thinking. As a 75 year old I also would like to see delivery on projects, before, or at least at the same time as new opportunities are pursued. i wish you success in you medical struggles, and in PHIL.

I agree with you regarding PHIL and hanging in there for final results. It is painful waiting to hear for something to be finalized. I'm with you on that. But it doesn't mean I sell like I'm sure lots of investors have over the last short years with PHIL. I still and always will have a feeling we will be hugely rewarded when the time happens. Like the loans finalized to get the funds moving. A lot of this is considered speculation with PHIL so far but a few short years ago this would have already been way up in price based on what Henry has released. What kind of company especially an OTC company is offered 2 loans worth 3.5 Billion. That's insane. Along with all the other things like the ADE, 5G, Carbon Token, etc. etc. Phil would have easily been double digit cents by now back then. Of course the MM's have been a major pain in the you know what throughout. To me what they are doing is criminal.

More importantly I want Henry to make it happen asap for yourself and what you are going through. I'm sorry to hear that. I wish you nothing but the best and hope all your treatments make you as healthy as ever. I'm there for you! Take care from one shareholder to another.

Kenny, I'm hoping your chemo and radiation turn out as well as mine did last year. After a lumpectomy and 35 days of radiation, I was completely well and still am. Good luck to you.

Kenny, I share your thoughts. I am going through several heart issues one after another and will be 76 in about a week. Who knows how much I time I have left either. So on the one hand we have the youngsters who can't wait because of the type of world their used to and on the other we have the people who wish things would hurry up before they run out of time. Then in the middle are those that think they have forever to wait and see how this turns out.
