There's no rule that says market makers can't trade on large blocks to get more shares when retail follows the "panic." In reality who cares about the reason for the share price drop. We own shares in a firm that has glioblastoma patients living longer. If others sell that has no impact on us or the ability of management to get DCVax approved by regulators.
