Don't understand the panicking. Does any new company's share price go straight up?

I don't think there's been one SPAQ conversion that hasn't had these friggen lawsuits filed against them. The lawyers know they get paid for the frivolous investigations.

If you believe in the company and aren't day trading the shares all longs should be very well compensated for their holding on to the shares.

These BS lawsuits will go away and the PPS will go back up.

OPKO, I think we get back there next week. The rundown yesterday was over the top to give the bond buyers extra incentive, given the interest rate is 1.25%, which is still low even in this environment.
