Let’s take it in a different way. In her appeal she stated she has a resource until she was challenged and removed it from her documents and then when asked for the source in court to support her theory, it collapsed. From the very first argument in court when challenged for support of her objection she collapsed…..that is why she was denied then told never to file again. It does get an plainer than that.
